A fully gamified escape room experience for Bituah Yashir, inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland. Instead of Alice, learners are guided by TipTop, a friendly robot companion, through a fantasy world full of puzzles, hidden clues, and physical and digital challenges.

To finish the journey, learners solve riddles, decode ciphers, and complete game-based tasks that reinforce customer service principles. The idea behind it: just like working with customers, success takes knowledge, responsibility, perseverance, and heart.
